Fixing Your PS3 Network Connection [Solved] | Kioskea.net
Everytime i tried to update Battlefield 3 game - I encountered connection issue "Request time out". Then i found this solution - disable the "Media server" setting under >setting>network setting>media setting>set to disable

simply go to media server settings in your PS3 and disable the streaming media servers. i tried this and it worked immediately. no restarting or anything. i promise this works.....goodluck

was due to server issue last weekend.
Now after i got my account, can not connect to playstation network. Lousy!!
